I found this through dancer's journal entry...
and looked myself and some others - here's what it says;

Earth Personality

Personality of the Rooster
Very observant, and very accurate and precise with their observation. No hidden depths to their character - very forthright and straightforward.
Like to be noticed and flattered. Always appear attractive, beautifully turned out, sociable and love to receive attention. Extremely conscious about clothing and appearance, but in their heart, they are completely conservative.
Their minds are cautious and skeptical, make them excellent trouble shooters, detectives, doctors, nurses and psychiatrists. Always up, out and doing. Multitalented, can become accomplished in many different ways. Care about money, love to compare prices. A dreamer sometimes, Great hosts and adore entertaining. Water Personality

Personality of the Ox
Hard-working and persistent. Believe in themselves. Tend to classify almost everything into two basic categories, bad and good. Holds up their high standards and severely judge those who don’t maintain the same. Not sociable, tend to be quiet when in a party. Ponderous but impulsive when angry, and are capable of fearsome rages. Observant and have remarkable memories. Family type. With creativity they can succeed in the arts, a contracting business, or an estate. Also intelligent and good at (with?) their hands. Stubborn and dogmatic, believe in their decision and will never regret. Very close to their families. Often find that others fail to understand them. Patient, and caring. Very responsible and loyal. Seldom jealous, except of their rights. Very family-oriented, conservative and faithful.

Fire Personality
Born-leaders. Decisive, confident and aggressive.
Love adventure and innovation. Constantly on the move and like to explore new horizons. True to their element and usually attract others through their brilliance and warmth. With dynamic speech and action, always dominate others with their originality and clever thinking. Must be sympathetic to the views of others before taking action. The more fire people may try to achieve their goals by force, the more they will encounter obstacles. Emotional. Their selfishness make them inconsiderate and impatient. Need more patience and compassion to curb their impulsive tendencies.

Personality of the Snake
Nice oversexed normal human being. (LOL!!!)
Born charming and popular. Spotlight magnets, with much peer group attention and public recognition. Never noisy or deliberately outspoken, have excellent manners. Determined to follow through anything he undertakes to the bitter end. Make quick and firm decisions. Most people are secretly or hopelessly in love with Snakes. Never wastes time in idle gossip. Think often and deeply, they are intellectual and cerebral philosophers. Rely heavily on their first impressions, own feelings, sympathies and sixth sense, regardless of the facts or others' opinions. A bit tight when it comes to lending money, though his sympathy for others often leads him to offer help. A tendency to exaggerate - in helping others as with everything else.
